this is what I thought... the single headlights do look a little odd. I've seen many sellers doing Twins and none really were what I was looking for, and then I saw someone did this on another Forum Thread and I thought I'd have a go... I am in the process of upgrading my King Hauler so I have this old Cab to practice on as I've bought a new one...

I've also played about with a splitter lead for the headlights... I have paired up the outer lights with the bumper lights, and the inner lights with an extra bright LED for Main Beam...

at the moment I am building a Globe Liner with the same Twin Headlight conversion to get the K100 look... it's Forums like these that helped me, and I will share my Mods with everyone else...

I would like to be able to have side, head and then main beam but there is not enough lights on the kh to do this so a set up like you just mentioned seems the way to go, on a previous KH I had i fitted an extra 3mm led to the headlight pod to give the side/headlight affect although it was more to get some white lights at the front to come on with all the roof and marker lights. What electrics do you run in yours Teri?
My biggest dilema in the whole build is what to run!! as a the three set ups I've looked into have their advantages and disadvantages.
MFC 01 advantage= familiarity,sound for a KW
Disadvantage= unrealistic indicators, moving the trims for functions
MFC 03 advantage = flash function,better indicators
Disadvantage= sound as designed for a Euro truck
Servonaut advantage= seems to be more of a custom set up and a little more realistic in it's functions
Disadvantage= cost and the making of your own lights although I can do this.

In the King Hauler I had the original electrical lighting kit so there were no problems using splitter leads... although I now have a MFC-03 to put in the Hauler but that project is shelved for the time being (long story)... however, the Globe Liner is a project to fill the gap until I get around to the Hauler.., in the Globe Liner I'm not going for sound so the MFC is not an option, I'm not a big fan of the sound aspect of the MFC.... so I've opted for a GT Power Pro lighting kit, it's only £25 and does everything I'd need it to do... when I get home and on my laptop I'll post a link for it....
