Mercedes Eurocab for Tamiya ?

Does anyone know if you can buy a Mercedes Eurocab ( a bit like the Daf Spacecab/ Globetrotter )for the Tamiya Mercedes cabs. Doing an internet search I have found a picture of one but not sure if it is just a homemade custom job.

I googled it and found pictures of the old Tamiya Merc unit, cant you use/modify that?
