Hi Robin, i sent an email from the link on your website, is there still a delay on the topline roof?
and if there is, what sort of time scale would it be from ordering to delivery?

Robin Verkerk

No I'm not but I've had a good chat with with paypal this afternoon.

Robin did tell me there was a delay 4-8 weeks but that was after I had already waited 5-6weeks for the order. At 44 days I raised it as PayPal claim as he had gone radio Silence on me. With in an hour of raising the claim I heard from him saying they needed another week. I agreed it was no problem to wait and as I wanted some Scania mirrors he would put them in the same parcel. I just paid the extra via Paypal. The original Paypal claim was then closed. Since then I’ve heard nothing from him, so I’ve waited for the new payment for the mirrors to reach 44 days and I’ve raised it again.
Paypal have agreed as this was an add-on to the original order they are going after him for all the money 130 odd euros…….

At the moment nothing from him so just hope I will get my money back or even better the goods I’ve ordered. If you work out 88 days…….

the only delay with Verkerk is the topline roof, all the other items are still shipped out very quickly

i ordered some stuff from there before christmas and it turned up within a week

saying that, i have recently ordered the topline roof for myself, and i received an email from them saying that it would be 6 weeks for delivery, so, i would be looking at early Feb for delivery of the roof

there are other products on the market instead of Verkerk, but, the quality is just not there, as can be seen from reading other threads on here

It all depends what you are after. Their website say in stock for most things but there is still a wait on some items. Last I heard it was 10 to 12 weeks for a topline conversion.

I emailed them mid December on some other stuff but still awaiting a reply.

It is a shame as poor customer service can ruining a very good product, trust me kit they make is well worth the money....... but the wait :-s :-s :-s :-s
