Paint advice

Hello guys currently building my actros and its coming to the time to paint. Now what paint do you guys use tamiya own halfords etc thanks chris

Have used all of the above over the years. Found the Tamiya sprays offer relatively poor value for money in terms of coverage when doing a full truck. Most will work fine with correct primer. If in any doubt trial it on a piece of sprue or unused part.

Thanks i have used halfords paint on my man thx cab but just wondered what people used im currently building a merc actros and i do like the black that tamiya have done theres in but i did also fancy a metailic green and a arden blue one need to buy more trucks i think. But im swaying more towards matt black so the chrome parts highlight well
