I'll be pulling anyone over that I see with Defects [-x

Defective lights carry an £80 fine and as such you will be charged 1/14 of that, which is £1.25 per offence =))

don't say that.... %-(

I've actually thought about building a Weigh Bridge for the VOSA Range Rover to sit next to.., plus I've never made a fully working Scale Building so it might be my next project... ~x(

Could you upload pictures to show how you converted the front steering axle please? Thanks, Mike

Ok Mike.... it's a little bit bodged but it worked... the only thing I'd do differently is use a stiffer piece of Wire for the Steering Push Rod....

ok, here goes... the pic below show the complete unit before modification, (minus the small steering motor)

Image

Then the fun starts... hacksaw, dremel & file at the ready....

Remove the 2 sides as they will go back to secure the suspension tops as below... ? ? ?

Secure back into position with original screws... ? ? ?

I then Dremelled the area out where the original Steering Motor went.... the white plastic adjuster was also placed

I've not thought of a sound unit at all.... I might have a look see what is out there now...

When you did the conversion did you put new wires to the motor or did you leave the original two wires that came from the motor originally and then did you attach them to the speedcontroller direct keeping the cooling ring as well.
Please could you let me know what you did. Thankyou
